The UFS internal integrated controller of Kaixia's flash memory product can provide functions such as error correction, read-write balancing, and bad block management. The interface is compatible with JEDEC/UFS 2.1/3.0/3.1 standards. Users do not need to directly control NAND flash memory. Simplified the difficulty of integrating flash memory in embedded applications.
